How To Get Master Balls In Shiny Gold

Welcome to the Quiche Kitchen!

Once we have clarified the matter with the dessert now successfully, it is time to plan the main course. As previously announced, the choice was with us recently on a quiche. The mother of my roommate gave the recipe with great success and the court allowed for the second time in the oven and in the hungry stomachs hike.

All you need are:

- 3 eggs
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion / leek
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 250g Quark
- 250ml cream
-. Salt & pepper (the spice diversity are no limits, but one should not exaggerate the quiche-Maman recommends another pinch of nutmeg)
- dough (ready-in our case, should you own Teigrezept have is that probably even better)

first First of all the vegetables cut pretty small and thin. This is important so that you, the furnace at the end (despite the baking time) does not provide raw food!

second From bowl & whisk the closet and get filled with cottage cheese, cream and spices

7th Pour the sauce over the vegetables fully tilt (now pays off the folded-Prick the sides!)

8th From in the furnace with it! Bake for about half an hour at 180 200Grad. Since this is only a relative value, however, I offer my heart, now and then control how your quiche looks.

Here is our ever result:

Enjoy and bon appetit!
